Well after a year sabbatical, Rachelle and I decided to head back to Weight Watchers. Rachelle needed to loose the last few pounds from her pregnancy with Landon AND I had the last 20 pounds to finish off my 100 pound weight loss, actually after weighing in last week it was 23 pounds. Over the last year I have been able to maintain my 80 pound weight loss by either up or down 3-5 pounds and of course when we decided to go back and weigh in, I was up.............. We started last Friday, so our first weigh in was today..... I am HAPPY to say that we both lost 4 pounds each........YEAH for us!!!!!!
When I left the meeting today, I was reflecting on what we discussed as I was driving I had an "A HA" moment...... for me it's all about accountability, so with saying that, I realized I will have to attend these meeting for the rest of my life, even after reaching my goal and making Life Time............So along with my W/W family, I decided to be accountable to my Blogging family.......Every week I will post our progress with either weight loss, weight gain or just maintaining, so stay tuned!!!
Great idea! I need a wight loss buddy here to kick my butt into high gear and get me to the gym and into a weight loss program!!

Any weight loss that makes you feel healthier and feel better as a person is a Great achievement.I understand that now at my age that entire concept, since I really never had a weight issue, but as I've aged, it is now. Maybe not the weight as a number but what you put into your mouth as well. Sugar is a pleasurable food that I love, but not always so healthy for us!!!!
