TASTY CUISINE TUESDAY....

So it's Tuesday again.... I know I did a dessert last week, BUT I had to do this recipe today because it's "National Fudge Day" (June 16th).... Mike's dad make's this fudge every Holiday Season. I have to admit the first time he shared with me what was in it, I didn't believe him..... It is AMAZING and so easy...... ENJOY!!!


"Grandpa Gibbs Amazing Fudge''




Velveeta Fudge


1 pound Velveeta cheese
1 pound butter
4 pounds powdered sugar
1 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup (walnuts or pecans)


Directions:

Melt butter and cheese. Add other ingredients. Spread in 10 x 15 inch buttered pan.

Makes a lot of fudge! Freezes very well.

  2. you probably already have.... it's at Grandpa's and Diane's every year at Christmas time.... you just didn't realize it...LOL

  3. I never would have guessed velveeta cheese, it is good!!! And now contains some protein if Velveeta cheese has protein!!!!
    I will be making that very soon!!!
