SUNNY SAN DIEGO.... OR NOT!!!!

Our vacation week started out beautiful in Sunny San Diego.....  

Welcome to the Lawrence Welk Resort!!!!

then it became this by the next day and stayed this way most of the week...... Cold, windy and wet!!!!

So we did a lot of this..... curled up in a warm bed watching movies.....just what I needed!!!

It cleared up at the end of the week, so we spent some time at the Beach.....

made a new friend......

and had a stranger volunteer to take our picture......  she was very sweet!!!

We wanted to enjoy the BEAUTIFUL weather before heading home, so we decided to go visit this AMAZING Park.  It was such a GREAT choice!!!!

Such an AMAZING fast animal.......

They had a leopard race.....Duce and his best friend Mandy!!!!  They sleep, eat and play together, BFF's!!!!

Duce ran 130 yards in 5.63 seconds...... he was so fast!!!!

Flamingos,  another interesting creature that God created.....  We had a GREAT day at the wonderful park in Sunny San Diego!!!

Returning home I realized I had left a drawer full of pants.....after calling the resort and a couple of days, they called had found my 7 pair of pants and was shipping them home. 

It was a very relaxing vacation, it's nice to come home from vacation and not feeling like you need a vacation after vacation!!!!!  Love San Diego!!
