SURPRISE!!!!!

Well.... this was the year for me to turn the big 50!!  With that came a fun surprise party given by my daughter.  How many have heard of or seen the Purple/Red Hat ladies??  With the help of a dear long lifetime friend (Peggy), Rachelle and her pulled off an AMAZINGLY fun surprise party for me this last Saturday at Mimi's Cafe (how appropriate was that)??  My girls in their Purple & Red Hats!!!!

My BEAUTIFUL daughter.... she was so clever on how she got me to wear purple.  She mentioned to me about a week ago that her and Ashlee wanted to go for lunch and go shopping for my Birthday.... It was girls only.  We would make a day of it.  The morning of, Rachelle called and said when she was making the reservations, they mentioned if we wear purple that we would get a percentage off our meal, it was for a charity or cancer cause.  I thought, oh okay I'm willing to save a buck, so I thought.  Haha, not so much!!!

Thanks Peggy, I had a blast!!  I guess at 50 you can be apart of the Red Hat club, Peggy and I decided it might be something we join after she turns 50 next year.  LOL!!

The day of my Birthday, I spent with my hubby and dinner with the big kids and little kids...... LOVE this CRAZY bunch!!!!

The joys of my life...... I am so glad I am healthy and able to spend my days with these wonderful little ones.  The other day I was looking in the mirror, starting to whine about the wrinkles that have appeared over the last few years, when I  had to stop myself and thank the Lord for my health and be glad I was still on this earth to have some wrinkles!!!

What a GREAT end to a GREAT day, Thank you to all my Family and Friends that wished me such WONDERFUL Birthday wishes, I am a BLESSED woman!!!
